Serendipity is the first word that comes to our minds when we think about how lucky we were to find Olivia out of nowhere (well, her Facebook page certainly helped!).

Being new to Canada last year, we had no idea about how and where to start our search for a home. Being clueless at that stage about how the real estate market worked here, Olivia entered our lives like a blessing!
